This Privacy Policy explains how Richarge Solutions Arkadiusz Ryckowski (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you use Ami, our website, apps and related services.
We aim to keep this policy simple and clear.

02What data we collect
We may collect the following categories of data:
License and purchase data
Ami does not use accounts or passwords. If you buy a license, we may process:
- email address (for example, the address where we send your license key);
- name, if you provide it;
- license, subscription or plan information;
- customer ID from our payment provider.
App data and User Content (stored locally)
Ami stores the content and data you create or import — such as broker files, transactions, strategies, notes, settings and metadata — locally on your own device.
We do not receive, store, sync or back up this User Content on our servers. You decide what User Content you keep in the App.
Market data requests
When the App fetches market data, such as current and historical prices, it sends limited requests to our servers. These requests may include the ticker symbols you ask about, your app version, your license key and your IP address. They do not include your full portfolio.
Technical data
We may process technical information needed to run and secure the App and website, such as:
- IP address;
- device and browser information;
- operating system;
- app version;
- log data;
- error reports;
- security events;
- timestamps of activity.
Payment data
If you buy a license, subscription or paid feature, payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider, such as Stripe or an app store payment system.
We may store limited payment-related information, such as:
- email address;
- customer ID from the payment provider;
- license or subscription status;
- invoice or tax information, if required;
- payment history metadata.
We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.
Support and email communication
If you contact us by email, we may process:
- your email address;
- your name, if provided;
- the content of your message;
- attachments you send;
- information needed to respond to your request.
Waiting list
If you join our waiting list, we collect the email address you provide so we can notify you when Ami becomes available. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
03How we use your data
We use personal data to:
- provide and operate the App;
- issue, deliver and validate license keys;
- provide licenses, subscriptions and paid features;
- provide market data and other online features you request;
- process payments and invoices;
- respond to support requests;
- send important service messages;
- secure the App and prevent abuse;
- fix bugs and improve reliability;
- understand basic usage of our website and App;
- comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
04Legal bases under GDPR
Where GDPR applies, we process personal data under the following legal bases:
- performance of a contract, when processing is needed to provide the App, license, subscription or support;
- legitimate interests, such as securing the App, preventing abuse, improving reliability, maintaining logs, and understanding basic aggregated usage;
- legal obligation, when we must keep records for tax, accounting, legal or compliance reasons;
- consent, where we ask for consent, for example for optional marketing emails or optional non-essential tracking, if introduced.
You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
05Analytics
To understand how our website is used and to improve it, we use Umami Cloud, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service that acts as our processor.
Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you. It may include pages visited, referrer, approximate country, language, browser, operating system and device type. We do not use analytics cookies, we do not profile you, and we do not track you across other websites. Some analytics data may be processed outside the European Economic Area by our provider, subject to the safeguards described below.
06Cookies and similar technologies
We try to avoid cookies where possible.
We do not currently use advertising cookies or marketing cookies.
The App or website may use strictly necessary cookies, local storage, tokens or similar technologies where required for security, user preferences or basic operation.
If we introduce optional cookies or similar technologies, we will update this policy and provide choices where required by law.
07Hosting and service providers
We use trusted third-party providers to run the App and our business.
Current or planned providers include:
- Hetzner — hosting and storage;
- Cloudflare — DNS, security, traffic routing, CDN and spam protection (Turnstile);
- Fastmail — email and support correspondence;
- Stripe or another payment provider — payment processing and license-related billing;
- Umami Cloud — privacy-focused, cookieless website analytics.
These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.
The server-side data we do hold, such as license, payment and support records, is intended to be hosted in the European Union or European Economic Area where possible. Some providers may process limited data outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as data processing agreements, standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
08Data location
We intend to store the server-side data we hold on servers located in Europe.
Some limited data may be processed elsewhere by our providers, for example for security, email delivery, support, payment processing or technical operations.
Your User Content stays on your own device and is not stored on our servers.
09Who can access your data
Access to personal data is limited to people and providers who need it to operate, secure, maintain or support the App.
We do not sell your personal data.
We do not use your data for advertising.
Your User Content is stored locally on your device, so we do not have access to it in normal operation — apart from the limited market-data requests described above, or where you choose to send us information yourself, for example as an attachment to a support email.
10Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy.
Typical retention periods:
- license and purchase data: as long as your license is active and as required for tax and accounting;
- User Content: stored locally on your device and controlled by you; we do not retain it on our servers;
- backups: for a limited period needed for security and disaster recovery;
- support emails: as long as needed to handle the request and maintain business records;
- payment and invoice records: as required by tax, accounting and legal obligations;
- security logs: for a limited period needed to protect the App and investigate abuse.
When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.
11Deleting your data
Your User Content is stored locally on your device. You can delete it at any time by removing it in the App or uninstalling the App.
You may request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, such as your purchase or license email, by contacting us at privacy (at) allmyinvestments (dot) com.
After such a request, we will delete or anonymize personal data unless we need to keep limited information for legal, tax, accounting, security or legitimate business reasons.
Backups may retain deleted data for a limited time until they are overwritten or deleted according to our backup cycle.
12Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- receive a copy of your personal data;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data;
- restrict processing;
- object to processing;
- withdraw consent;
- request data portability;
- lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

13California and US privacy notice
We do not sell personal data.
We do not knowingly share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

14Children
The App is not intended for children under 13.
If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at privacy (at) allmyinvestments (dot) com and we will take appropriate steps.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, backups, updates and monitoring.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a personal data breach, we will take appropriate steps and notify affected users or authorities where required by law.

If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, for example through the App, by email or on our website.
